Did Gary Grief Lead The Commissioners To
Believe All or Nothing was born in Texas?
And about that highly publicized “liability” problem.

Jan 6 – 26, 2013 – Another promo – buy 6 Lotto Texas tickets then get a free
All or Nothing ticket. This is a very bad game – hardly successful. But they’ll
stick with it rather than to admit it was a bad choice.

Feb 2013 – Yet another promotion! This makes the 3rd promo for this game!
G-Techs reps have been distributing 106,250 coupons that gives the player
a FREE $1 scratch ticket IF the player purchases $6 or more in
All or Nothing tickets. Additionally, the TLC is mailing 1 million coupons
giving players a FREE $2 scratch ticket if the players spends $6 or
more playing All or Nothing. This game is ONLY 6 months old and has
already had 3 promo’s (attempts) to get players to play this game.
Imagine, the TLC is giving away $2,160,250 in FREE products .
wouldn’t you like to have an advertising budget like theirs?

Sept 1 – 15, 2013 – 5th promo for this game – in ONE year.
WOW – this shows enticement and desperation. At any rate, buy
$10 in All or Nothing tickets, then get a free All or Nothing ticket.
This is a very bad game – hardly successful. But they’ll stick with it
come hell over high water because Mr. Grief, the Executive Director,
claims it was born right here in Texas even though it was originally
launched in Ireland in 2009. But Ireland ceased playing the game.
(Scroll down to read about the earlier promotions)

Sept 27 – Oct 20, 2013 – 6th promo for this game –
State Fair of Texas – Texas Lottery giving away FREE
All or Nothing tickets at the fair. The promo’s for this
game NEVER end. I think this action speaks for itself
with reference to the lack of success!

Dec 8, 2013 – Jan 4, 2014 – 7th promo for this game –
Purchase $6 or more of Lotto Texas tickets and
receive a FREE All or Nothing $2 ticket. If they can’t
sell the tickets, then they give them away so it “appears”
sales are good rather than flat!
Dollar Value of Free Tickets – End 7th Promo –
Dec 8, 2013 thru Monday, Jan 6, 2014: $775,610 – Final

April 7, 2014 – April 27, 2014 – 8th promo for this game
Purchase $6 or more of Lotto Texas tickets and
receive a FREE All or Nothing $2 ticket. If they can’t
sell the tickets, then they give them away so it “appears”
sales are good rather than flat!
Dollar Value of Free Tickets – End 8th Promo –
April 7, 2014 – April 27, 2014: $816,620 – Final

June 9, 2014 – July 5, 2014 – 9th promo for this game
Purchase $6 or more of Pick3 tickets and
receive a FREE All or Nothing $2 ticket. If they can’t
sell the tickets, then they give them away so it “appears”
sales are good rather than flat!
Dollar Value of Free Tickets – End 9th Promo
June 9, 2014 – July 5, 2014: $1,957,464 – Final
(See July 8, 2014 entry to see that the state lost
financially with this 9th promotion, click here )

– 10th promo for this game –
Started August 18, 2014 – Closed April 1, 2015
Last Day to Redeem Prizes – #1559 – Sept 28, 2015
Purchase the new All or Nothing scratch ticket and you
could win 3 FREE All or Nothing $2 tickets (a $6 value).
If they can’t sell the tickets, then they give them away
so it’ll “appear” sales are good rather than flat!
– Will Track Dollar Value of Free Tickets –
(There is a total of 327,924 prizes @ $6 each = $1,967,544).
August 18, 2014 through Sept 29, 2015: $1,422,806 – End Freebies
( Game #1559 ending 4/1/15 – players have 180 days to claim prizes )
(Scroll down to see the many other promo’s for this game)

– 11th Promotion For This Game –
Called Lone Star Line Up – 9/26/16 – 04/14/18
(Promo will resume on 5/13/18)
TLC still trying to revive this game by giving
FREE .50 Daily 4 and Pick3 tickets if players
will buy a $2 Triple Chance, $2 All or Nothing
and $1 Cash5 ticket. They are using popular games,
Pick3 and Daily4, to entice players to buy failing $2 games,
specifically – All or Nothing & Triple Chance.

– 12th Promotion For This Game –
A Promo For A Promo – Unbelievable
7/01/17 – TLC mailed One Million Coupons to promote
the 11th promotion shown above! This time, it’s buy
a “Lone Star Line Up” and receive $1 FREE scratch ticket.
So now they’re giving one million players $2 in free products IF
they’ll just play All or Nothing, Triple Chance and Cash Five.

What a waste of taxpayer money – All or Nothing is a very bad game as
evidenced by lack of sales since inception. The objections – a cost of
$2, low prize amounts and horrible odds of winning – very few winners.
As of 7/7/17, there’s been 5781 drawings with only 73 jackpot winners.

* & Blue Type – Indicates free tickets were given to players
for this draw. (New game promotion – Sept 10 – 22, 2012 )
“Freebies” have been deducted from sales figures

* 9/28/12 – 10-21-12 – More free tickets being distributed.
Net sales shown. (Most likely at the State Fair)
Game not doing well – in my opinion!

HOW TO PLAY ALL OR NOTHING:

Choose eleven different numbers from 1 to 22.

Place wagers by asking for a QUICK PICK or by using the All or Nothing playslip. Playslips are available at Wisconsin Lottery retailers.

Choose which drawing to play. MIDDAY (1:30 p.m.), EVENING (9:00 p.m.), or BOTH. All or Nothing drawings are held twice daily, seven days a week.

Choose how many days to play. Each ticket costs $2 per play per draw. All or Nothing can be played up to 7 draws for MIDDAY, up to 7 draws for EVENING, or up to 14 draws for BOTH (7 MIDDAY and 7 EVENING) in advance.
For example, at 4:00 p.m. Friday, a player purchases 1 play for BOTH drawings for 1 day. They will receive a ticket with 1 play for Friday’s EVENING draw and 1 play for Saturday’s MIDDAY drawing the next day.

Check playslip carefully before handing it to the retailer. ALL OR NOTHING TICKETS CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

Give completed playslip and cash to the retailer.

Receive, sign, and safeguard ticket. A ticket is needed to claim a prize. Playslips are not valid to claim a prize.

Winning prizes may be claimed on tickets with additional draws on them. An exchange ticket will be given to players who are redeeming a prize on a ticket that has additional draws.

Please click features and procedures for more details regarding this game.
