Where to Claim Your Prize

This table displays where to claim your mega millions prize. All you have to do is find your jurisdiction in the table and check the prize amount to see where your nearest lottery office or authorized retailer is located. You can also view the time you have to claim a prize, which ranges from 90 days to one year.

Players should bear in mind that while most retailers will happily redeem winning tickets, a certain number of stores have strict policies about the amount of cash available to employees and may not carry enough cash for prizes over $100. Check with your local retailer for their store policy or try a larger lottery retailer.

As an alternative, claims in some states can also be made by mail. Completed claim forms should be sent to the mail address provided by your state lottery.
